Easy-to-make salad and dressing

Ingredients:
  • Tamari (wheat-free)
  • Water
  • Lemon juice
  • Yellow onion
  • Raisins
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Ground flax seed
How to make it:
  1. In a saucepan, mix a little water with a little tamari.
  2. Bring to a boil and remove from heat (just to remove the alcohol from the tamari.
  3. Add some fresh squeezed lemon juice.
  4. Chop some yellow onion and add to romaine lettuce along with raisins and ground flax seeds.
  5. You know what to do with the dressing.
  6. Don't forget to eat it.
