Toasted Sweet Mini Bell Peppers

These little peppers make a great snack or appetizer.

Best Used By Blood Types:
  • Type A Non Secretor (2 beneficials)
  • Type B (3 beneficials)

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg. sweet mini bell peppers
  • 1-8 oz. container of crumbled goat cheese
  • garlic salt
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
How to make it:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Thoroughly wash peppers and cut into bite size pieces.
  3. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place peppers on cookie sheet.
  5. Sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic salt.
  6. Place some goat cheese on each pepper piece.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
