Quick Brussles Sprouts

Description:

Yummy and a quick veggie to add to your meal and lets not forget healthy. Brussel Sprouts are a favorite in my kitchen, but this method can be used with any veggie in your kitchen.

Best Used By Blood Types:
  • Type A (2 beneficials)
  • Type A Non Secretor (1 beneficials)
  • Type AB (2 beneficials)
  • Type AB Non Secretor (2 beneficials)
  • Type B (2 beneficials)
  • Type B Non Secretor (3 beneficials)
  • Type O (1 beneficials)

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups of washed/dried and trimmed brussel sprouts.
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil.
  • Half tablespoon garlic powder.
  • 1 tablespoon of steak seasoning.
  • 1 micro-wave bowl.
How to make it:
  1. Wash/dry and trim brussel sprouts
  2. Measure and add all ingredients together
  3. Fold ingredients in bowl before and after cooked
  4. Place bowl with a light cover in micro-wave
  5. Set on high for about 7 minutes
  6. Serve and Enjoy!
