Quick Brussles Sprouts

Yummy and a quick veggie to add to your meal and lets not forget healthy. Brussel Sprouts are a favorite in my kitchen, but this method can be used with any veggie in your kitchen.
Ingredients:- 3 cups of washed/dried and trimmed brussel sprouts.
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil.
- Half tablespoon garlic powder.
- 1 tablespoon of steak seasoning.
- 1 micro-wave bowl.
How to make it:- Wash/dry and trim brussel sprouts
- Measure and add all ingredients together
- Fold ingredients in bowl before and after cooked
- Place bowl with a light cover in micro-wave
- Set on high for about 7 minutes
- Serve and Enjoy!
