Description:

Delicious way to get the lamb in for those not so crazy about lambiness.

Best Used By Blood Types:
  • Type O Non Secretor (2 beneficials)
Category:
  • Entree
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds lamb neck bones (or 1 pound lamb stew meat)
  • 1 26-oz. carton Pomi chopped tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, peeled & sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or BTD compliant)
  • 2 pounds fresh green beans, washed & ends snapped off, broken into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 tsp sea salt
How to make it:
  1. Put lamb, tomatoes, onion, garlic, cinnamon, and cayenne into crock pot.
  2. Cook on high for 1 hour, then reduce to low for 5 hours.
  3. Add green beans and continue to cook on low for 2 more hours.
  4. Add salt at very end.
  5. Serve over rice, if desired.
  6. *Note: You can add green beans at the same time as the rest of ingredients, but I add them later to save some nutritional value. Add the salt at the end to avoid toughening the meat.
