Honey Roasted Pumpkin

Ingredients:
  • 3 Cups Peeled and cubed Pumpkin
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
How to make it:
  1. Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
  2. Peel and cube pumpkin. Put into a bowl. Add the olive oil and the honey and toss to coat. Put in a baking dish and bake till tender and lightly browned. Roasting time will depend on size of pumpkin cubes. Will take 30-40 minutes to roast. Enjoy
