Best Used By Blood Types:
  • Type A (1 beneficials)
  • Dessert
  • Peanut butter bars:
  • 1 jar peanut butter (no salt, just peanuts)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T carob powder
  • 1 tsp. sea salt or other good salt
  • 1 cup dates soaked in hot water to cover
How to make it:
  1. Combine everything including the date water, mixture should be the consistency of cookie dough. bake in a 9x9 greased pan @ 300F for about 30 minutes or until slightly firm
