Delicious, quick and easy! Originally a peanut butter cookie recipe. There is no flour in this recipe.
How to make it:
- 1 cup almond butter or other nut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
- Mix all Ingredients.
- Drop spoonful onto cookie tray.
- Press down with fork dipped in flour or sugar.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degree oven.
- Cool and enjoy. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
