'Chia or flax Eggs' can replace eggs in your favorite recipes.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia/flax Seeds
  • 1/4 water
  • 1 Tablespoon Lecithin
How to make it:
  1. Boil water.
  2. Add Chia/flax Seeds to water, let stand for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Place in a blender with lecithin.
  4. Blend well.
