Description:
'Chia or flax Eggs' can replace eggs in your favorite recipes.
Ingredients:- 1 Tablespoon Chia/flax Seeds
- 1/4 water
- 1 Tablespoon Lecithin
How to make it:- Boil water.
- Add Chia/flax Seeds to water, let stand for about 3-5 minutes.
- Place in a blender with lecithin.
- Blend well.
