Don't wait to cool. Eat em right out of the oven!Ingredients easily found in health food stores.

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups Walnut Oil
  • 1/2 cup honey [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 5 packets Stevia [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1 teaspoon organic Vanilla Extract [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1 cup cooked Bob's Red Mill Extra Thick Rolled Oats [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1 1/2 cups Amaranth flour [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons [baking powder Recipes]
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Nibs
How to make it:
  1. In blender or food processor, pulse together til well blended: eggs, oil, honey, Stevia, vanilla, cooked oats
  2. Mix in bowl with remaining ingredients
  3. Drop spoonfuls on parchment paper
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, until lightly browned
  5. Be careful not to overcook
  6. Eat while hot from the oven. It's hard not to!
