The good for you and good going down oatmeal cookie

Don't wait to cool. Eat em right out of the oven!Ingredients easily found in health food stores.
Ingredients:- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cups Walnut Oil
- 1/2 cup honey [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
- 5 packets Stevia [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
- 1 teaspoon organic Vanilla Extract [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
- 1 cup cooked Bob's Red Mill Extra Thick Rolled Oats [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
- 1 1/2 cups Amaranth flour [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [baking powder Recipes]
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
- 1/4 cup Cacao Nibs
How to make it:- In blender or food processor, pulse together til well blended: eggs, oil, honey, Stevia, vanilla, cooked oats
- Mix in bowl with remaining ingredients
- Drop spoonfuls on parchment paper
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, until lightly browned
- Be careful not to overcook
- Eat while hot from the oven. It's hard not to!
