Fantastic Flax Eggs

Description:

Flax eggs with a little twist. Lecithin adds the yolk color and texture to this 'egg'.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Lecithin Granules
  • 1/4 cup water
How to make it:
  1. In a blender grind Flax seeds and Lecithin until very fine.
  2. Add water, blend until gooey.
  3. Note: The Blendtec blender or Vitamix work well for this recipe.
