|Fantastic Flax Eggs|

Flax eggs with a little twist. Lecithin adds the yolk color and texture to this 'egg'.
How to make it:
- 1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Lecithin Granules
- 1/4 cup water
- In a blender grind Flax seeds and Lecithin until very fine.
- Add water, blend until gooey.
- Note: The Blendtec blender or Vitamix work well for this recipe.
