Ingredients:
  • 1 Avocado
  • 3 tbs pine nuts
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsb fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
How to make it:
  1. Scoop out the avocado, place it in a bowl and mash with a fork. Quickly roast the pine nuts on a heated pan. Add the pine nuts, olive oil, lemon juice and salt to the avocado. Mix well, serve and eat immediately.
