Thick avocado-pine nut spread

Ingredients:- 1 Avocado
- 3 tbs pine nuts
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsb fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
How to make it:- Scoop out the avocado, place it in a bowl and mash with a fork. Quickly roast the pine nuts on a heated pan. Add the pine nuts, olive oil, lemon juice and salt to the avocado. Mix well, serve and eat immediately.
