  • Type A Non Secretor (0 beneficials)
  • Type B Non Secretor (0 beneficials)
  • Type O Non Secretor (1 beneficials)
  • Breakfast
  • meat of one aloe vera leaf
  • juice of 1/2 or 1 lemon
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tablespoon of wheat germ [or other BTD compliant germ]
  • cinamon instead of lemon as a option [or other BTD compliant spice]
How to make it:
  1. blend for 25 seconds
  2. let sit for 3 minutes
  3. enjoy
