an egg pancake

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup milk or other compliant milk substitute
  • 4 to 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup compliant sweetener
  • 1 Tablespoon ghee
How to make it:
  1. beat 4 to 6 eggs
  2. add milk
  3. finally add compliant sweetner
  4. beat adding the ghee until well combined
  5. in a skillet at medium heat pour the mixture
  6. cook on both sides
  7. finish it off inside a 200 degree oven if necessary
  8. add cashews, nuts or other compliant nut
  9. enjoy your dessert
