an egg pancake
Ingredients:- 1/4 cup milk or other compliant milk substitute
- 4 to 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup compliant sweetener
- 1 Tablespoon ghee
How to make it:- beat 4 to 6 eggs
- add milk
- finally add compliant sweetner
- beat adding the ghee until well combined
- in a skillet at medium heat pour the mixture
- cook on both sides
- finish it off inside a 200 degree oven if necessary
- add cashews, nuts or other compliant nut
- enjoy your dessert
