Quick, hearty meal on a college budget.

Best Used By Blood Types:
  • Type A (0 beneficials)
  • Type AB (0 beneficials)
  • Type B (0 beneficials)
  • Other
  • Milk
  • Instant Potatoes
  • Gravy Packet
  • Canned or Frozen Veg of Choice
  • Chives
  • Garlic Powder
  • Pre-Packaged or Deli Meat of Choice
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
How to make it:
  1. -Cut meat into strips
  2. -Combine meat with veg in small pot on stovetop, over low-med heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. -Follow instructions on potato & gravy packaging
  4. -Mix salt, pepper, chives, & garlic powder (to taste) into potatoes.
  5. -Mix meat/veg mix into spiced potato mixture.
  6. -Pour gravy over top
  7. -Serve (Serves ~3-6)
