Description:

A great substitute for soy sauce in any soup, sauce, or marinade recipe. It's not so good eaten straight on rice the way my son likes to eat tamari.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon molasses or blackstrap molasses
How to make it:
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Stir well to make sure salt and molasses are fully dissolved.
  3. This is equal to 1 cup soy sauce.
