Chicken Salad Wraps

Refreshing and filling sandwich wraps you can take anywhere.
Ingredients:- 3/4 pound cooked, cubed chicken [or turkey]
- 1-1/2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 stalks fennel, diced
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 4 ounces green olives, sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
MISO Dressing - 4-1/2 tablespoons light miso
- 4-1/2 tablespoons agave
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2-1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
How to make it:- Mix together salad ingredients
- Make dressing and add 1/2 cup of Miso Dressing to salad.
- Mix well.
- Wrap in tortilla or compatible wrap with a large romaine lettuce leaf.
