Description:

My husband said this is what he would call 'country fried steak'--nice and moist with gravy. It was a big hit with the beef eaters in the family.Put it in the crock pot in the morning for dinner.....or put it on at night before bed and you have something to take to work with you in the morning.

Ingredients:
  • 6 or 8 frozen hamburger patties
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons teff flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
How to make it:
  1. Pour water in crock pot and stir in teff flour and salt.
  2. Place frozen burgers in staggered layers.
  3. Put the lid on and set the dial to low.
    Comments:
    If you want this to be a full meal, add an additional 1 1/2 cups of water and 3/4 cup of rice.
