Basic English Pancakes with Maple Syrup

Description:

English style pancakes topped with maple syrup.

Ingredients:
  • 110 grams plain flour [or compliant substitute]
  • 2 large eggs
  • 275 milliliters skimmed milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 50 grams butter [or ghee]
  • maple syrup [or compliant topping]
How to make it:
  1. Sift the flour and salt into a large mixing bowl
  2. Whisk in the eggs
  3. Gradually add skimmed milk
  4. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan
  5. Pour in some of the batter
  6. When cooked flip over and cook the other side
  7. Drizzle with maple syrup
  8. Enjoy!
