Deep Fried Tempeh - brown and crispy on the outside!

Description:
Slice up a block of tempeh into 1/2'' thick slices and about 2 to 3 inches long. Drop into deep fryer. I recommend grapeseed oil. Takes about 3 - 4 minutes, but take out when it is a dark golden brown. I used pomegranate molasses with sea salt as a dip. You can put in salads, tacos, or with veggies.
Ingredients:- 1 package of tempeh
- 12 ounces of grapeseed oil [or other compliant oil]
- Sea salt, to taste
- deep fryer
How to make it:- Cut up tempeh into thick strips, then cut in half again
- Place in deep fryer for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from fryer. Enjoy!
