Almond Spice Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1-1/2 cups almond meal
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
How to make it:
  1. Preheat oven to 300F
  2. Prepare cookie sheets by greasing them or covering with parchment paper
  3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  4. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheets
  5. Bake for 10 minutes
  6. Let cool
  7. Store in an airtight container or ziplock bag
