This was a favorite recipe growing up. It features raw super lean Ground beef, capers and raw egg yolk for those of you who are Raw Foodies. I use Organic Grass fed beef which is 96% fat-free and Organic Cage free eggs. Put them on type appropriate crackers for an appetizer or snack.
How to make it:
- 1/2 lb grass fed 96% fat-free ground beef, well chilled
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tablespoons of capers
- fresh ground black peppercorns and sea salt to taste
- crackers [use BTD compliant crackers]
- Mix everything but the crackers together.
- Spread on crackers.
- Makes 36 servings.
