Quinoa Quickie

Description:

Quick hot breakfast alternative.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup quinoa (cooked)
  • 1 Tablespoon flaxseed (ground)
  • 1 Tablespoon cranberries (dried) [variation: blueberries]
  • 1 Tablespoon pumpkin seeds [variations: walnuts and/or almonds]
  • 2 Tablespoons water (to moisten)
How to make it:
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Microwave on high for 35 seconds.
  3. Stir, eat and enjoy.
