Description:

Give your baked potatoes a kick with this flavorful alternative to sour cream.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons cream style prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
How to make it:
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Serve over baked potatoes.
  3. Makes enough for 2-3 medium baked potatoes.
