Give your baked potatoes a kick with this flavorful alternative to sour cream.
How to make it:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons cream style prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients.
- Serve over baked potatoes.
- Makes enough for 2-3 medium baked potatoes.
