Pumpkin Smoothie
Ingredients:- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup almond milk [or rice milk]
- 1 cup crushed ice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or allspice)
- 1 Tablespoon grated ginger
- sweetener to taste
How to make it:- Combine all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth.
