Gluten Free Granola

Description:

Granola - Gluten Free

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 cup almond flour or coarsely ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup millet flour
  • sea salt [to taste]
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon allspice [or a BTD compliant spice]
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup dried fruit [use a BTD compliant fruit]
  • 1/4 cup oil [olive oil]
  • 1/4 cup agave
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
How to make it:
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Mix liquid ingredients [in separate bowl].
  4. Stir together gently. Allow clumps to form.
  5. Spread onto ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake 30 minutes.
  7. Stir very gently.
  8. Bake another 10 minutes or until done.
  9. Cool and enjoy!
