Hot wheat cereal.

  • 1/4 cup cracked wheat
  • 3 cups water
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 t ghee
  • 1/2 currants
  • dash cream
  • spoonful of maple syrup
How to make it:
  1. Add wheat, water, salt, currants, and ghee in a saucepan
  2. Bring to a boil and lower heat to low.
  3. Simmer until wheat is soft.
  4. Add cream (or rice milk) and maple syrup for a filling meal that serves one.
