Japanese Salad Dressing

A versatile recipe for vinegar-free Japanese-style salad dressing loaded with Type A & Teacher Beneficials
Ingredients:- 1/2 cup olive oil (or 1 cup olive oil if omitting sesame oil)
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon (lime or kumquat)juice
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 2 Tbs peeled fresh ginger
- 3 Tbs sweet onion
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- salt to taste
How to make it:- Combine all ingredients at one time using a blender. Viola!
