Description:

This is a terrific seasoning we use on almost everything. It has replaced salt and pepper at our table.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon sea salt
How to make it:
  1. Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan until they become light brown and you smell a nutty aroma.
  2. Take off heat and add sea salt.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Put in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
