This is a terrific seasoning we use on almost everything. It has replaced salt and pepper at our table.
How to make it:
- 3/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 Tablespoon sea salt
- Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan until they become light brown and you smell a nutty aroma.
- Take off heat and add sea salt.
- Stir well.
- Put in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
