Description:

A hearty stew with a surprisingly nice fruity/flowery note.Contains many 'superbeneficial' ingredients for Type O's.Makes about 14 servings, sorry I like to batch cook.

Ingredients:
  • 2.5 pounds bison or very lean beef
  • 2 cans plums in syrup (or several fresh plums mashed)
  • 1 can cherries in syrup (optional, expensive)
  • 2 container organic beef broth
  • 1 bag/can of pearl onions
  • quarter stick butter
  • 1 parsnip, diced finely
  • 1 garlic
  • 4 teaspoons flax
  • 4 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 6 bay leaves
  • 2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced finely
  • 3 head broccoli, shave off florets and tiny bit of stem
  • 2 pounds carrots
  • 3 walnuts or brazil nuts, chopped into a fine powder (optional)
  • 2 cans organic peas
  • 1 pound spinach, frozen
  • 1 bunch parsley, well chopped
  • olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh ground pepper (not commercial!)
  • 2 cups soy sauce
How to make it:
  1. Cube meat, put in bowl
  2. Pour and mix in 2 cups soy sauce. Don't let it collect on bottom, use it all.
  3. Rub in obscene amount of salt and pepper (best to stay away from steak rubs, seared carbohydrates can make carcinogens)
  4. Brown the meat and store in another covered bowl
  5. Set timer for 2 hours
  6. Add the containers of beef broth into a stock pot
  7. Add 6 bay leaves
  8. Add in fruits without syrup (make sure to de-pit)
  9. Add nuts, parsnip, sweet potatoes,
  10. Crush and dice one garlic clove
  11. Add broccoli, carrots, peas, parsley, and spinach
  12. Add sea salt, pepper, cloves, flax, sesame seeds
  13. Cover and set to low/medium heat to simmer until timer goes off, when timer rings, set for another 1 hour (or as long as you want really)
  14. Toss in beef, butter, pearl onions
  15. Cover and wait for timer to go off
  16. Add a little olive oil to each serving. Keep an eye out for and remove the bay leaves.
