Really delicious and simple.

Best Used By Blood Types:
  • Type A Non Secretor (1 beneficials)
  • Type B (3 beneficials)
  • Type B Non Secretor (2 beneficials)
  • Type O (2 beneficials)

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup soy milk (unsweetened, plain, or vanilla)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • (instead of soy milk and ice, you may use 3/4 cup of vanilla yogurt)
How to make it:
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth and Enjoy!
