|White Sweet Miso Salad Dressing|

Miso is a rich, salty condiment made from fermented soybeans. Buy the best one you can.Although this is a salad dressing feel free to use it over rice or on cooked vegetables.
How to make it:
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup of Water
- 1/4 cup Sweet White Miso
- 1 1/2 TBS of Fresh lemon juice
- 2 TSP of Agave
- 1 TBS of Chopped Onion
- 1/4 TSP Dried Mustard Powder
- Combine ingredients in blender, blend until smooth.
- I recommend making double. If it gets too thick just thin it with a bit of water. Store in a glass jar in the fridge..
