White Sweet Miso Salad Dressing

Miso is a rich, salty condiment made from fermented soybeans. Buy the best one you can.
  • Although this is a salad dressing feel free to use it over rice or on cooked vegetables.

    • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
    • 1/4 cup of Water
    • 1/4 cup Sweet White Miso
    • 1 1/2 TBS of Fresh lemon juice
    • 2 TSP of Agave
    • 1 TBS of Chopped Onion
    • 1/4 TSP Dried Mustard Powder
    How to make it:
    1. Combine ingredients in blender, blend until smooth.
    2. I recommend making double. If it gets too thick just thin it with a bit of water. Store in a glass jar in the fridge..
