Best Used By Blood Types:
Category:
  • Salad
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (optional--yes, I'm serious, it's optional)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon agave or other sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
How to make it:
  1. Mix together and enjoy!
  2. If you want to make a thicker dressing that doesn't need to be shaken, put all ingredients except oil into a blender. Turn on medium speed and pour oil slowly into blender. Increase speed as needed to blend, but don't overdo it.

When using any recipe, always check it for avoids and make the appropriate adjustments where necessary. The Blood Type Diet Recipe Database has been recently greatly enhanced. Also, the food lists changed somewhat a couple of years ago, and all recipes in the database may not reflect those changes in terms of the blood types for which the recipes are recommended. Volunteer Blood Type Diet Forums Members are working to review and update all the recipes to take advantage of the all the new features and food lists. Please be patient with us until the process has been completed.
