Description:

Warm green tea with loads of vitamins.

Ingredients:
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 slice of ginger root
  • 1 small slice of lemon with peel
  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • 2 cups of water
  • honey or additional sweeter(optional)
How to make it:
  1. Place all ingredients in vitamix or heavy duty blender. Blend on high until hot or apprx 2 mins.
  2. Pour and serve warm.
