|Green tea/use in vitamix or heavy duty blender|
Warm green tea with loads of vitamins.
How to make it:
- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- 1 slice of ginger root
- 1 small slice of lemon with peel
- 1 slice of pineapple
- 2 cups of water
- honey or additional sweeter(optional)
- Place all ingredients in vitamix or heavy duty blender. Blend on high until hot or apprx 2 mins.
- Pour and serve warm.
