Tastie and healthy
How to make it:
- Sesame oil
- Squash seeds
- Seasoning or your choice
- Place 1 T sesame oil with your choice of seasoining in shallow baking dish.
- Clean and wash and dry seeds.
- Stir into oil to coat and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes till golden.
- Stirring every 10 min.
- Eat shell and all for the benefit of the entire seed.
