Tastie and healthy

  • Sesame oil
  • Squash seeds
  • Seasoning or your choice
How to make it:
  1. Place 1 T sesame oil with your choice of seasoining in shallow baking dish.
  2. Clean and wash and dry seeds.
  3. Stir into oil to coat and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes till golden.
  4. Stirring every 10 min.
  5. Eat shell and all for the benefit of the entire seed.
