Tasty and healthy

  • Sesame oil
  • Squash seeds
  • Seasoning or your choice
How to make it:
  1. Place 1 Tablespoon sesame oil with your choice of seasoining in shallow baking dish.
  2. Clean and wash seeds.
  3. Stir into oil to coat and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes till golden.
  4. Stirring every 10 min.
  5. Eat shell and all for the benefit of the entire seed.
