Description:

My husband's favorite snack! Can be used as an appetizer, side dish, or to spice up a Mexican dish.

Best Used By Blood Types:

Ingredients:
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, diced (or 1 can petite diced tomatoes)
  • 1/2 med. onion
  • 1 jalapeņo
  • 1/4 bunch of cilantro
  • 1-2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
How to make it:
  1. Chop tomatoes, onion, jalapeņo and cilantro.
  2. Add lime juice and salt; stir to combine.
    Note:
    The measurements are approximate -- you can add more or less of an ingredient, depending on your preference.)
