My husband's favorite snack! Can be used as an appetizer, side dish, or to spice up a Mexican dish.
How to make it:
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced (or 1 can petite diced tomatoes)
- 1/2 med. onion
- 1 jalapeņo
- 1/4 bunch of cilantro
- 1-2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Chop tomatoes, onion, jalapeņo and cilantro.
- Add lime juice and salt; stir to combine.
The measurements are approximate -- you can add more or less of an ingredient, depending on your preference.)
