Description:

The amounts are approximate.This condiment is good with poached chicken. It’s also good on plain rice for a simple quick snack, noodle soup. It’s good on anything that’s bland in flavor.

Ingredients:
  • 1 part ginger
  • 3 parts cilantro
  • 2 parts onion
  • 1 part green onion
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil
How to make it:
  1. Finely mince onion, green onion.
  2. Smash the ginger.
  3. Mix everything together and pour enough oil to make a thick mixture.
  4. Do this ½ to 1 hour ahead.
