Cilantro-onion-ginger condiment

The amounts are approximate.This condiment is good with poached chicken. It’s also good on plain rice for a simple quick snack, noodle soup. It’s good on anything that’s bland in flavor.
Ingredients:- 1 part ginger
- 3 parts cilantro
- 2 parts onion
- 1 part green onion
- Sea Salt to taste
- Olive Oil
How to make it:- Finely mince onion, green onion.
- Smash the ginger.
- Mix everything together and pour enough oil to make a thick mixture.
- Do this ½ to 1 hour ahead.
