Egg Pita

Description:

Egg Pita with carmelized onion and feta.

Ingredients:
  • Egg
  • Onion
  • Feta
  • Butter or ghee
  • Pita pocket
How to make it:
  1. Slice onion into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  2. Heat butter or ghee in heavy skillet and add onions, stirring often.
  3. Cook until a caramel color, could take about 30 minutes.
  4. Scramble eggs and cook.
  5. Slice pita and stuff with eggs, caramelized onion and feta cheese.
  6. Eat!
