Couscous sage and onion stuffing
Ingredients:- 2oz couscous
- Boiling water to make couscous
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp oilve oil
- salt to taste
How to make it:- add boiling water to couscous once water has been absorbed mix with chopped onion, dried sage salt and a little olive oil wrap in alluminum foil and cook in the oven for 30 minutes or stuff chicken with it
