Description:

Couscous sage and onion stuffing

Ingredients:
  • 2oz couscous
  • Boiling water to make couscous
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp oilve oil
  • salt to taste
How to make it:
  1. add boiling water to couscous once water has been absorbed mix with chopped onion, dried sage salt and a little olive oil wrap in alluminum foil and cook in the oven for 30 minutes or stuff chicken with it
