Avocado Cucumber Salad

Description:

All I can say is YUM!

Ingredients:
  • avocado, cubed
  • cucumber, chopped
  • olive oil
  • thyme
  • lemon juice
  • pinch of sea salt
How to make it:
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Play around with the spices/lemon juice. Add as much as you like.
  3. Toss, and enjoy!
